Swans Travel, part of The Coach Travel Group was appointed to deliver the full team transport solution for the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025, supporting competing nations, tournament officials, and event stakeholders across multiple Host Cities.

The scope included end-to-end transport logistics, covering international and domestic arrivals, hotel-to-training venue transfers, match-day movements, and inter-city travel throughout the tournament. Services were delivered within a time-critical, high-performance sporting environment requiring precision, flexibility, and consistency.

Working directly with national team managers and logistics leads from the pre-tournament phase, Swans Travel ensured that all operational requirements were understood, planned, and delivered. A dedicated operations team provided continuous liaison and rapid response capability, managing ad-hoc requests such as unscheduled medical transfers, additional training movements, and accelerated departures.

The operation was delivered through The Coach Travel Group’s multi-operator network, ensuring scalable capacity and consistent standards across all participating nations. Operators included Alpine Coaches, Coatham Coaches, Horseman Coaches, JH Coaches, Johnsons Coaches, Ready Bus and Swans Travel, each assigned to specific teams.

A dedicated fleet of 16 executive coaches and support vehicles was deployed, all equipped with enhanced comfort features including Wi-Fi and modern onboard facilities. Vehicles were branded in official tournament livery, supporting event identity and security protocols.

This coordinated, multi-operator delivery model ensured consistent safety standards, vehicle quality, driver professionalism, and operational control across all services.

This experience demonstrates The Coach Travel Group’s proven capability to manage complex, multi-fleet, multi-location transport operations for international sporting events, directly comparable to the requirements of UEFA EURO 2028.
